Can Intiracing Build a Part for a Vehicle Not in Its Catalog?

Introduction
Intiracing can, through the same made-to-order route: drawing or sample evaluation, quotation, sample with tooling fee, customer approval, 50 percent deposit, then bulk.
Details

Direct answer: Yes, provided the part goes through the same route as any made-to-order item: drawing or physical sample evaluation, quotation, sample with the tooling fee, customer approval of the sample, 50 percent deposit, then bulk production. A vehicle outside the catalogue starts at the evaluation step, not at a stock lookup.

The evaluation needs four things: the vehicle model and year, the position the part occupies, a drawing or a physical sample, and the material, since titanium, SUS304, aluminium, silicone and prepreg dry carbon each form differently. Intiracing runs four own factories and holds more than 6,600 fixture sets, so the first question is whether an existing fixture can form the shape or a new one is needed.

The evaluation comes back as a quotation, and the tooling fee belongs to the sample. The sample is the approval point. Bulk production is quoted after the sample is accepted, and the 50 percent deposit starts it. If the sample is not right, the shape changes at that stage, so approval is not skipped.
