RS16080 is the free flow kit listed for the 2005 to 2016 RXP-X, RXT-X and GTX group, and the same listing also carries the number WR04027. It is the legacy hull entry, not the 300 family kit.
A buyer sends the factory part number with the model and year, and Intiracing checks whether a corresponding part exists or whether a new tool has to be built.
A kit is assembled from individually made components, so a silicone hose, a clamp set, a seal or a wear part can be supplied on its own, matched to the original kit number.
A repeat order runs on the same part number, the same fixture set and the same material specification as the first batch, so the tool that formed batch one forms batch two.
Intiracing can make silicone in a colour the buyer names, as the custom colour 325 intercooler and BOV kit shows. The colour is agreed on a physical reference at the sample.
Inlet and outlet size is set at the drawing stage, so an Intiracing part can be built to the two sizes the buyer gives, as the custom intercooler and intake listings show.
Intiracing can, through the same made-to-order route: drawing or sample evaluation, quotation, sample with tooling fee, customer approval, 50 percent deposit, then bulk.
One Intiracing kit is written for both: the Polaris Rzr Canam X3 Blow Off Valve Kit. The SS304 clamps also cross over, by size. Bumpers, tanks and intakes stay platform specific.
