Direct answer: A repeat order is quoted against the part number, and that number keeps the same fixture set and the same material specification it was built with. Intiracing holds more than 6,600 fixture sets across four own factories and does not outsource, so the tool that formed the first batch forms the repeat.
Consistency starts with the order reference. The buyer quotes the original number and the original order, and the repeat is matched to that record instead of being described again. Material is part of the record: titanium, SUS304, aluminium, silicone and prepreg dry carbon are each specified per number, so the repeat is not left to a verbal description of what the first batch looked like.
Fixtures are held while the number stays in the catalogue. If a shape is revised, or a fixture has to be replaced, the change is treated as a new item and the buyer is told before production, so an old number and a revised one are never shipped as if they were the same. The check on arrival is the number, not the look of the box.
